On Selling the house: The pictures were great. He scheduled to show the house, had to go out of town and left it for one of his employees to handle....house was never shown but still sold in 1 day for full asking price. I think if it would have showed there would have been more offers on the house. I didn't find out I could negotiate anything until a sat with the broker and by then it was too late. On Purchasing a house: We had to find most of the houses we wanted to look at. We did not feel we were a priority. At the end I left him a message on his phone and told him that we were going a different direction on purchasing a house and no longer wanted his assistance. No return call...... I do not recommend his service.
